I worked with Mark LaVigne for several years while he was on contract as Kodak Canada’s official PR counsel. Schneiders had an immediate need to bring awareness to its new Schneiders Oh Naturel! brand. Future recommendations- you might consider looking for some recent interviewer/interviewee examples ie: John Stewart or Steven Colbert.
Another idea would be to allow participants to review questions before hand so they can prepare beforehand.
